I’m on the run already. It was a mess this morning, there was no one outside when I started biking to school. Someone had crashed their car and their were bloodstains running into the bushes. I heard a rustling sound and a smashed up zombie limped out. Got away from their fast, I’m staying away from the main roads, too many of them. I’m heading to the lake to get a boat. I’ve never seen the undead swim before so I’ll probably be able to weight out the duration. Time to get my pirate on.


I’m starting to run out of food and I really have to piss. I might need to go back to the shore for more supplies. Another boat came by but it was empty. Probably should have thought this through more. Once the wind picks up I’ll sail towards downtown Seattle.


Seattle’s a mess, Lake Union is a war zone and there’s too many of these things crawling around on the yachts. I’m headed towards Gasworks Park, the fences keep out the dead and the refinery gives a good vantage point. There’s already some people there and were gonna go for Mercer Island once there’s enough of us. I’ve heard that someone blew up the floating bridge or at least barricaded it. That makes it eden for us, small enough to purge of zombies and isolated for safety. Might be tricky getting in though, there’s a militant attitude going around, like manifest destiny or merchantism and we could get rebuffed. Gotta go, were adding a naval ram onto our landing ship.

Getting ready and need people for my short zombie film. You’re either with me or against me. Central control will be located at Blue Moon Rising. Friday is Zero-Day so get to me by then.

Well, how do you like it? Anyway, I’m going to Ragnaroc medieval festival on Camano Island this weekend. Hope to see you there.

Is it finally happening? Will a new disease emerge and kill all of the worlds cloned banana supply? Something has cropped up and it’s not good for the future supply.

So, it looks like Bush signed H.R. 493 today. It’s the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) and it makes it illegal to discriminate against people based on their genetic code. So, to celebrate I watched GATTACA. Crazy future that is, everything’s so empty and clean. And who would really expect an astronaut to go to Titan without even being in space before?

Sorry, there’s been a brief hiatus, you see the weather here this week has been insane. It’s spring and so far we have had snow, hail and sun all in one week. I’ve had to fight the weather all week, I repeat, it’s not my fault, it’s the damn weather! It’s trying to kill us all! Thanks, be back soon with all sorts of interesting stuff. By the way, tomorrow is the day of silence, you know what that means, bell on a string and note pad day. I’ll get pictures.

Today we morn the passing of one of the greatest minds of SF literature to date. Hopefully he’s still alive in some universe, some state of superposition or in somewhen.
