on a side note, do you know where I could get a cheep, 20kV DC power-supply. I asked at school, but the most useful suggestion I got was cut a power line (and those are A.C.) the internet seams to sell either broken power supplies, or expensive power supplies (Ebay and united nuclear.) I am looking into hospital discharge equipment, which might have what I am looking for as part of some of their stuff…
